Unlike commercial, industrial lands’ sites vary from small sites to very large sites. Furthermore, this is because of the different activities that take place on this type of land. For example, for warehouses, work shops or office space, a small site is used. However, for bigger projects such as mining and manufacturing buildings, these require a much larger site.
